The course is intended for specialists with higher education who are interested in obtaining an additional specialty in the field of evaluation.
The purpose of the course is to form a complex of theoretical and methodological knowledge, acquire practical skills and achieve competence sufficient to obtain a basic qualification for professional evaluation activities that meet the requirements of international practice in the field of evaluation.
The objective of the training programme is to retrain personnel capable of carrying out professional evaluation activities that meet the requirements of the market for evaluation services and the development of the country’s economy.
Programme of the course includes the following topics:
- assessment area: legislative framework, theoretical basis and identification of the subject of assessment
- mathematical apparatus, basics: financial and managerial accounting, taxation, analysis, used in valuation activities
- basics and practice of valuation of movable and immovable property
- fundamentals and practice of valuation of intellectual property and intangible assets
- basics and practice of business valuation
After completing the course, graduates will know: legislation on valuation activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan; valuation standards applicable in the Republic of Uzbekistan; evaluation objectives and types of value; features of movable, real estate and business as an object of evaluation, factors determining the value of the object of evaluation; be able to draw up a contract and assignment for evaluation; determine the legality of contracts for valuation activities, draw up a valuation plan; determine the types of value based on the objectives of the assessment; have the skills to determine the type of valuation value based on its goals; skills in working with regulatory documents to compile an assessment report and its annexes; the skills of applying knowledge to determine the value of an object using the indicators “income”, “future profit”, “discount rate”, “capitalization rate”, “multiplier”, “depreciation”, etc.
Form of study: full-time, full-time with separation from work or using the capabilities of distance educational technologies.

Final control: exam
