"TRAINING OF COACHES IN BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP"

The training course is intended for the population interested in entrepreneurship, families wishing to engage in entrepreneurial activities in the regions, low-income families, handicrafts, home and other business activities, as well as production and services in unused buildings in the regions, residential areas and vacant strata of the population wishing to effectively use arable land, for entrepreneurs wishing to expand agricultural production.

The aim of the training course is to promote the development of entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship training, support entrepreneurial initiatives, create excellent incentives for them to start their own business, reduce poverty and the next step in the development of entrepreneurship is the formation of knowledge, skills and competencies in accordance with the direction of trainers and professionals.

Course objectives:

- Explain the essence of the youth career guidance system;

- Acquaintance with the legal framework of youth entrepreneurship;

- Teaching business planning;

- Familiarization with the practice of providing microfinance services to businesses;

- Teaching banks to lend to businesses;

- Training of business entities in the order of export-import operations;

- Familiarization of business entities with the practice of taxation.

The curriculum includes the following topics:

- Introduction;

- What and how to start a business;

- Legal bases of business organization;

- Procedure for registering business entities;

- Creation of a business plan;

- The procedure for opening a bank account and providing loans to entrepreneurs;

- Marketing strategy in business;

- Selection of the necessary specialists in the field of business and entrepreneurship;

- Business finance;

- Allocation of financial resources;

- Accounting and reporting system for entrepreneurs;

- The mechanism of taxation of business entities;

- An entrepreneur engaged in production activities;

- Business services (hotels, sanatoriums, personal services);

- Practical aspects of exporting business products - customs, insurance. Exchange quotes (auctions) (rules for setting average prices);

- Consultations on test questions;

- Brief course content (Final part);

- Test;

- Presentation of the certificate.

The form of study is daytime, without daytime working hours.

Study load: 40 classroom hours

Duration: 5 days, from 09:00 to 16:00

Intermediate control: conversation

Final control: test

Upon completion of the course, a state certificate is issued.
