The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan was reorganized in accordance with Resolution No. 153 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 13, 2023 “On measures to create an institute for macroeconomic and regional studies and a Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

The purpose of the Graduate School is to radically improve the system of training personnel and specialists in the areas of business management (MBA), project management, IT business in accordance with international standards and improve their professional level. Also, to organize trainings, seminars and workshops aimed at improving the skills of representatives of SOEs and SOBs as well as city khokims and their assistants, and provide scientific and methodological support for modern methods of business management and entrepreneurial activity.

The Graduate School trains specialists in the areas of “Business Administration” (Master of Business Administration – MBA): Global Management, Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Agribusiness, Corporate Finance, Master's programs “Project Management” (Project Management) and “IT Business”. In addition, the doctoral program (PhD, DCS) in the specialty “Digital Economy and international digital integration” is presented at the Graduate school.

Moreover, short-term training courses in more than 30 areas improve the qualifications of employees of organizations and enterprises, the population and entrepreneurs.

The main purpose of the programs is to train highly qualified personnel who are able to function freely in conditions of fierce competition and effectively perform assigned tasks.
