EVALUATION MARKET: STATE, PROBLEMS, WORLD PRACTICE AND STATE STRATEGY

The course is intended for professional appraisers with higher education and a certificate of professional appraiser, who are interested in improving their skills in the field of appraisal activity.

The aim of the course is to create a modern body of theoretical and practical knowledge among active specialists, to acquire up-to-date practical skills for carrying out more professional evaluation activities in accordance with international requirements.

Programme of the course includes the following topics:

- best practices in the use of new information and communication technologies in evaluation activities

- actual methodological and practical problems and ways to solve them in the field of valuation of movable and immovable property, in the field of business valuation, in the field of valuation of intellectual property and intangible assets, in the field of valuation (precious metals and stones, jewelry), in the sphere of value assessment: historical artifacts, antiques, works of art; cultural heritage sites.

After completing the course, graduates will know: actual methodological and practical problems and ways to solve them in the field of valuation activities; be able to use the acquired knowledge in professional appraisal activities; possess skills in the practical application of methods and techniques, as well as assessment tools in various fields of their activity.

Form of study: full-time, full-time with separation from work or using the capabilities of distance educational technologies.

Training load - 46 academic hours

Intensity: from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Intermediate Control: Interview

Final control: testing

At the end of the course, a State-standard certificate is issued.
