NOT STOPPING ON THE ACCOMPLISHED: COURSE MALAYSIA

Currently, the Islamic financial industry is one of the fastest growing areas that have evolved into an independent and fully-fledged financial system. The development of the Islamic financial industry in our country has very promising prospects.

March 4, 2020, a working meeting of the delegation of the Republican Graduate School of Business and Management (hereinafter referred to as the Graduate School) was held with one of the leading universities in Malaysia. This time, the director of the Graduate School Dr. Abduraupov Rustam visited the International Institute of Advanced Islamic Studies.

The meeting was organized with the help of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Malaysia, which was the next step to expand inter-university cooperation.

During the working meeting, issues of strengthening cooperation between institutions, the exchange of information and opinions in the field of education, vocational training and research were discussed. In particular, the parties discussed promising areas and mechanisms for the introduction of joint short-term courses in Islamic finance, the organization of interaction in the field of research work of students and faculty, the development of programs for the exchange of students and staff, joint workshops, seminars, conferences, and other scientific and educational events.

At the end of the visit, the parties noted the high productivity of the meeting and stated their firm intention to continue and strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation.
