On January 21st 2020, Graduate school of business and management (hereinafter Gradate School) hosted a master class devoted “Innovative methods of managing the company” arranged within the frameworks of “Knowledge Hub” project. An expert in the field of project and corporate management, founder of Infinity Blockchain Holdings Pte Ltd - Mr. Yuji Akaba was the keynote speaker of the event.

During the speech, Mr. Yuji Akaba shared his views of contemporary methods of corporate management taking into account globalization processes as well as scientific and technical progress, i.e. what kind of vision and goals should Company pursue, how the company should develop and implement new business-strategies and start-ups in highly competitive environment, how to alter organizational structure of the company to ensure conformity with newly developed strategy, how to form and develop effective team, arrange professional development of the staff, secure achievement of best financial goals owing to improved team work.

According to Mr. Yuji Akaba, the most important principle of innovation management is based on effectively formulated goal, vision and mission, to which all employees are committed.

“It is vitally important to “keep up to date”, use best practices and know-how” says Yuji Akaba He also provided valuable guidance to participants who want to start and develop venture business. Moreover, he shared his experience of integrating block-chain technology into the system of state governance, use in the field of digital economy, foreign experience in this sphere, stages of implementation, and how such technology can contribute to acceleration of reforms in Uzbekistan. According to his opinion, in order to develop mechanisms of block-chain, it is important to launch degree programs in this direction in scientific and academic institutions of our country.
