On July 14 of this year, the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted an “Open Doors Day”, at which a training seminar was held on the topics “Preparing an attractive resume” and “Successful interviewing”, which is of interest to specialists from all industries.

Professor of the Department of Business Management (MBA), Doctor of Economics Dilfuza Rasulova and founder of Smart Staff Solutions LLC Nigina Yuldasheva, who has more than 16 years of experience in personnel management, spoke at this seminar. The presentation mainly discussed the problems and difficulties that arise when looking for a job in public life, during the conversation, correct instructions and useful advice were given to the listeners.

The main goal of the seminar is to help professionals from various fields to calmly express their knowledge and skills in their chosen workplace, as well as to successfully pass the interview. Ensuring the correct and reliable completion of a resume required for employment was defined as learning important skills that will help complete a resume in accordance with international standards and eliminate the difficulties that arise when applying for a job.

During the interview, recommendations were also given on issues such as building a dialogue with a potential employer, how to behave, preparing for an interview, preparing documents for an interview, and the participants acquired the necessary skills.

During the seminar, HR specialist Nigina Yuldasheva made a presentation in which she gave examples of staffing from the selection and recruitment process, training and development of potential employees through interviews, applications, networks, as well as continuous development of qualified personnel.

The seminar aroused great interest among the participants, and at the end of the seminar they received exhaustive answers from experts to all their questions.
