The Graduate School hosted a presentation on project management by a professor from Aalen University in Germany

Economic reforms are developing rapidly in our country, hard and consistent work is being done to create an open and transparent market in order to ensure high economic efficiency. One of the important components of economic development is project management.

In turn, on November 1 this year in the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan were organized training courses to improve the qualifications of faculty, staff and students in this area.

The lecture of Mr. Ulrich Holzbaur, professor of Aalen University, expert of the European organization SES (Senior Experten Service) on project management was held at the Graduate School. The lecture covered such topics as planning and management of complex projects, as well as methods and tools for the development of information systems projects.

The main purpose of organizing this seminar is to obtain practical knowledge on project management of information systems, project management allows to achieve strategic goals, and this method of management allows to determine the tasks important for the development of the company, as well as to distribute and direct resources for their implementation.

During the seminar employees and listeners were provided with full information about modern methods of project management, problems they may face in this sphere and ways to solve them, as well as about the experience of developed countries.

The participants of the event gained knowledge and skills in management methods, and at the end of the qualification session an interesting question-and-answer session took place between the participants and the expert.
