May 16, 2019 in the Republican Graduate School of Business and Management held an open master class on the theme “Management of the project cycle”, in which representatives from various fields and industries took part as participants. Specialists of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), in particular Talat Nasirov, senior project specialist, Assel Chyngysheva, senior portfolio specialist, Nilyufar Nurkuzieva, senior portfolio specialist, and Saida Ernazarova, operational assistant, conducted the master class.

An ADB representative, Nilyufar Nurkuzieva, began her presentation with a brief presentation on the organization’s activities in Uzbekistan. In addition, the representative of ADB spoke about the developed Strategy 2030 for the stable and sustainable development of the Asia-Pacific region. Next, Senior Project Specialist, Talat Nasirov, made a presentation with the theme “Project Design and Monitoring Structure”. During his presentation, Talat Nasirov told about the structure of the design and monitoring of the project, its cyclical nature, as well as tools for managing the results of the project. 

After the end of the main master class program, the speakers answered all the questions raised by the participants.
