With the aim of improving the level and qualifications of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Republic of Karakalpakstan, first deputies of khokims of regions and the city of Tashkent, as well as districts (cities), it was organized seminar-trainings in the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economic development and Poverty reduction on January 11-26, 2021.

On January 19, 2021, the first day of the training seminar for the participants of the 3nd group was held, in which the first deputy khokims of the Andizhan, Fergana and Namangan regions took part on the issues of financial and economic development and poverty reduction.

The seminar-training involved heads of ministries, departments, business associations, as well as foreign and local experts, as well as experienced and qualified professors and teachers of higher education institutions. In particular, experts from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the United Nations Development Program attended with their reports.

We remind you that the main purpose of this seminar-training is the introduction of a new system of integrated regional development, development of private entrepreneurship, identification of growth points, strengthening the revenue base of local budgets, job creation, poverty reduction, planning and organization of work and Improving productivity through the efficient use of time, building the skills of course participants about the measures to be taken in the future based on international experience.
