Objectives of the seminar:
Teaching the methodology for transforming a startup business idea into a viable business project.
Analyzing customer segments, value propositions, and competitive advantages to identify market opportunities and potential challenges.
Streamline processes through resource optimization to ensure sustainable growth for startups.
