On October 20 of the current year at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan was organized a workshop on “Legal foundations of business development: problems and modern solutions”. 

Judges of the Judicial Collegium on Economic Cases of Tashkent City Court Mansur Ergashev, Ravshan Rashidov, Rakhmatkhan Berdiyarov and Senior Assistant Judge Ozodakhan Zainieva took part in the event.

At present, mistakes are made by persons engaged in business and entrepreneurship that do not comply with the law. At this workshop, aimed at preventing such situations, the topic of using the ways of business development established by law was raised.

At the same time the emerging problems in the development of entrepreneurial activity were considered in detail, as well as modern ways of solving these problems were noted, detailed information was given about the favorable working conditions created in our country for entrepreneurs. 

At the end of the informative and constructive dialog, the listeners described the obstacles they faced in their activities and received detailed answers from the judicial board for economic cases.
