Students of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Mirzo-Ulugbek inter-district court of civil cases in Tashkent familiarized themselves with Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan: “No one shall be convicted, punished, deprived of property, or any other right on the basis of a law that is not publicly promulgated”, as well as Article 31: “Everyone shall have the right to inviolability of private life, personal and family secrets, protection of honor and dignity”.

The Chairman of the Civil Court, Rustam Tangaev, and the Judge of the Civil Court, Jasur Norkobilov, gave recommendations for the practical application of the theoretical knowledge of the students.

After the round table, students participated in a judicial hearing on civil cases, allowing them to apply important legal and professional skills in practice.
