A meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Singapore has taken place.

On March 5, 2024, a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Singapore, A. Kayumov took place at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

During the meeting, issues of establishing cooperation with leading higher education institutions, research centers, technology parks and other organizations in Singapore in the field of innovative economics were discussed with the aim of development of Graduate School’s activities in the areas of innovative business, green economy, and entrepreneurship.

In particular, the meeting emphasized the importance of establishing collaboration between the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and prominent organizations and educational institutions in Singapore. The goal is to study the experience of Singapore's innovative economic development, prepare qualified personnel in the field of innovative business, expand the startup ecosystem in the Republic, organize courses for the widespread implementation of green economy principles and standards, as well as modern business management systems.

The meeting also highlighted the exchange of experience and the expansion of cooperation with leading higher educational institutions in Singapore in the field of innovative entrepreneurship, the integration of green technologies into the economy, the development of modern business education, and the enhancement of the qualifications of professors and staff at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on the further expansion of international cooperation by the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan, with leading organizations in Singapore in the field of innovative business. This includes the development of ties in the education sector, the enhancement of specialists' qualifications, the organization of experience exchange, business meetings, delegation visits, and the joint organization of events.
