In connection with the dynamic changes and the rapid emergence of new technologies, competition in the market has increased significantly, and business owners are forced to change their strategy, systems and governance structures to keep pace with the times and to preserve market positions. However, not always point initiatives help the company to improve the situation, so companies are increasingly being resolved at the global change — business transformation.

On 27 February 2020 in the Republican Graduate School of Business and Management (hereinafter - Graduate School), a certified psychologist, international business coach, certified game practitioner - Alisher Nizamov held a business seminar on the topic "Transformation in business", which was attended by the students.

The event began with an introduction and discussion of participants expectations. He further told about the weak points in the business, together with the participants analyzed the causes of failures, acquainted with the tools of transformation to achieve a new level in business and life, considered 6 gold issues on the road to success, showed the formula to achieve the result, shared the choice of an appropriate model of business transformation and evaluate possible ways for further development, to properly manage resistance to change.

The participants also acquired a methodological understanding that transformation is a very complex process, deciding which is strategically important and requires not only financial costs.

Participants carried out practical exercises aimed at solving business problems through the prism of the psychology of business.
