VISIT TO THE WORLD'S LARGEST START-UP INCUBATOR «STATION F»

During the visit of the delegation of the Republican graduate school of business and management to France, Doctor of Economics Rustam Ramzovich Abduraupov visited the world's largest startup incubator «STATION F».

It should be noted that the visit was organized with the direct support of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in France.

The purpose of this visit is to study international experience in creating favorable conditions for start-up projects, working with startup projects, and business development based on innovative ideas.

The delegation visited the world's largest open office space, the «STATION F» startup incubator. This is the place where the entire ecosystem of startups gathers under one roof. During the tour, guests were introduced to the innovative prospects of the startup hub and about ongoing projects in implementation phase.

The largest startup incubator in the world, the Parisian Station F, opened in 2017 and now has over 1,000 startups from 50 countries operating on its vast premises. The goal of this project was to make Paris one of the largest IT hubs in the world. «STATION F» was built as part of this initiative, within which various acceleration and affiliate programs for startups were opened.

Among the partners of the project are the American giants Microsoft, Facebook and Amazon, the French company Ubisoft, BNP Paribas, the online stores Vente-privee, LVMH and the largest South Korean search engine Naver.

They are not afraid of giving newborn projects the opportunity to immediately cooperate with large companies, and they also offer startups an incubation program with various trainings and seminars.

One of the important and interesting points is the support of «STATION F» provided to any startup, not only of French origin, but also foreign ones, and their willingness for joint programs with foreign partners.

This visit was very informative, interesting and fruitful.
