The Graduate School hosted a meeting with experts in cooperation with the German Federal Ministry of Finance

On June 18, 2019, a working meeting with experts from the Federal Ministry of Finance of Germany was held at the Republican Graduate School of Business and Management.

The purpose of the meeting was to expand and strengthen cooperation in the areas of project and corporate governance. They also considered the prospects for continuing cooperation in the area of ​​further attracting experts on the program of the German Federal Ministry of Finance for conducting seminars and master classes for civil servants on the basis of the Graduate School and to assist in the development of training materials and case studies.

At the meeting, the German side was represented by the executive director of Indecon Consulting, Mr. Matias Nem and Mr. Detlef Pulzak.

The next day of the meeting, a seminar was held on the theme “Prioritization of infrastructure projects”, which was attended by representatives of ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The workshop included such modules as Global Requirements, Decision Making Processes, and Implementation Path, where Mr. Detlef Pulzac spoke as a keynote speaker and shared his practical experience.

The seminar allowed a deeper understanding of the features of project prioritization, to focus the attention of the audience on the terms of its implementation and other important aspects.

At the end of the seminar, participants were able to ask questions of interest to them related to their immediate field of activity.

In the future, similar seminars are planned with the involvement of experts from Germany on topics in the areas of project and corporate management.
