On January 21^st, 2020, Republican graduate school of business and management hosted a press-conference, which was delivered in cooperation with National Agency on project management and E-government and digital economy and project management Center.

Special features of My.gov.uz mobile application were presented during the press conference. It was noted, that only automated electronic services are included into the app, i.e. those services which can be delivered without interference of state agency employee, including information on violation of traffic rules, information on individual retirement account, identification of personal tax-payer ID, information on personal income, utility bills etc.

At the same time, it was mentioned that the number of electronic services will continue rising. At present, composite service implementation works are being carried out and this service will include registration of birth, allocation of single time child birth allowance, registration of children at kindergartens, preventing excessive visits to state bodies and spending time in the queues.

During 2020, it is planned to implement user-friendly service of authentication based on biodata (Face ID), which enables delivery of service in distance mode in a simplified and convenient form.
