On April 19, a seminar was held in the building of the Republican Graduate Business School with the participation of representatives of government and business structures. The topics of the seminar were prospects for the development of project management in the world and in Uzbekistan, as well as familiarization with the opportunities that emerged after Uzbekistan joined the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

The seminar was held in the framework of the first visit to Tashkent of the Chairman of the IPMA Reinhard Wagner. During the visit, an official meeting was also held with the leadership of the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a round-table meeting with representatives of big business, heads of ministries and departments.

Reinhard Wagner’s visit is timed to Uzbekistan’s membership in IPMA, which brings together more than 70 national project management associations from all continents. The purpose of the visit is to familiarize with the activities of the Project Management Association of Uzbekistan (UzPMA)
