Md. Nurul Islam Chowdhury Mafique is being a CEO since July 2014 in ASA Uganda.

Mr. Mafique joined in ASA 1994 and since then has been closely associated with the implementation of ASA’s microfinance program and impact assessment team. He worked as a Deputy Managing Director at Pag-ASA Philippines (ASA International) in the year 2008 -2009, ASA Pakistan in the year 2011-2012 and ASA Ghana (savings and Loans) in the year 2013-2014. Also, he was the CEO of ASA Afghanistan (ASA International) in the year 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Mafique provides consultancy services to CCT (Center for Community Transformation) in the Philippines and CHC (Cambodia Health Committee) in Cambodia, to strengthen the Micro-Service Delivery System, Human Resources Management System, Monitoring/Supervision and implementation, financial control system, accounting & record keeping system of world-renowned ASA cost effective & sustainable methodology since 2005.
