On 21 January 2020 at 11:00 hours, Republican Graduate School of Business and Management will host a workshop on the topic "Innovative methods of company management", organized in the framework of the program «KNOWLEDGE HUB».

The keynote speaker will be Yuji Akaba, an expert in the field of project and corporate governance.

The program consists of the following items:
- Establishing a new vision and a clear goal for the entire organization;
- Developing a new business strategy, preparing for upcoming changes in the industry;
