Territorial branches of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan from February 15, 2021 to train the population (youth and women) in entrepreneurial skills in the regions, short-term training courses for population layers for obtaining a loan through family business programs, entrepreneurs in business management and development skills are being organized.

As of October 11, 2021, in total, 399 training courses have been organized and 7530 students have been involved in the training courses. 6580 people (as of 08.10.2021) were awarded certificates at the end of the training courses. From the trainees who attended the courses, 2086 were young people 24910 were women and 434 number of interested layers. 1965 women included in the "Women's Book" participated in the training courses, and 1669 of them were awarded certificates by the Graduate School for successful completion of training courses. In addition, 2662 out of 2331 students included in the "Youth Book" were awarded certificates by the Graduate School for successful completion of training courses.

Today, 2089 listeners have started their business and 3400 listeners are about to start their own business.
