On November 13, 2024, a two-day practical seminar on the application of alternative dispute resolution methods in commercial disputes was completed at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. The seminar was intended for representatives of private businesses, economic associations, and state bodies.
The event was organized by the Graduate School in cooperation with the Asian Development Bank and featured leading experts in the field of arbitration and mediation from Italy, Germany, and Poland, as well as local specialists with extensive experience in handling commercial disputes using arbitration and mediation.
On the second day of the seminar, experts delivered a presentation focused on explaining the features and advantages of commercial mediation, online dispute resolution, and the practical application of methods and approaches for effective mediation in business contexts.
Additionally, experts shared specific practical examples of handling commercial disputes through mediation to help seminar participants better understand and apply these methods in their practical work.
