Candidates who have valid state qualification certificates confirming the level of English proficiency at level B2 and above, or international certificates confirming proficiency in English, corresponding to a level of at least B2 in CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference), 5.5 points for IELTS (International English Language Testing System), 72 points for TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), as well as graduated from higher educational institutions with the English language of instruction, are exempt from passing the English language exam. They count the maximum score for the subject.

 Candidates who have expressed a desire to enroll in the Master’s program of the Graduate School though the official website of the Graduate School (hereinafter referred to as the website), with copies of the following documents attached:

• Letter of recommendation from organization;
• copy of the document of higher education;
• color photo size 4x6;
• passport (original provided during the exam);
• a document of the established sample, confirming the appropriate level of English (if any).
• medical documentation form Nr. 086/о (after enrollment)

Candidates who have successfully passed the entrance examinations of the Graduate school, after they refer to the Graduate School with authentic or certified copies of the above documents.

Document acceptance period:

The admission period is from december 15, 2022 till January 15, 2023.

 A candidate who has not passed the entrance examinations to the Master’s program at the Graduate School has the right, through the Graduate School, refer to the appeal commission within three working days from the date of the announcement of the of the results of the entrance examinations. The appeal commission within three working days from the date of the announcement of the results of the entrance examinations.

The appeal commission within three working days considers the appeal and informs the candidate in writing about the decision taken on the current day.
