A successful business today cannot be imagined without qualified professional managers capable of making decisions and organizing the processes of companies in a wide variety of conditions. Such professionals are trained in the master’s program of the Republican Graduate School of Business and Management under the National Agency of Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Management training in the Master’s program at the Graduate School is carried out on a paid – contract basis, with or without the act of withdrawing from work, in accordance with the state educational standards of higher education with the issuance of a state – issued document on awarding the Master’s degree in the relevant specialty after graduation.

In the magistracy of the Graduate School are accepted members with higher education, including those received in foreign countries (graduate, bachelor). At the same time, diplomas obtained in foreign countries should be notified in the prescribed manner.
Candidates who have valid state qualification certificates confirming the level of English proficiency at level B2 and above, or international certificates confirming proficiency in English, corresponding to a level of at least B2 in CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference), 5.5 points for IELTS (International English Language Testing System), 72 points for TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), as well as graduated from higher educational institutions with the English language of instruction, are exempt from passing the English language exam. They count the maximum score for the subject.
Candidates who have expressed a desire to enroll in the Master’s program of the Graduate School though the official website of the Graduate School (hereinafter referred to as the website), with copies of the following documents attached:
- copy of the document of higher education;
- color photo size 4x6;
- passport (original provided during the exam);
- a document of the established sample, confirming the appropriate level of English (if any).
Candidates who have successfully passed the entrance examinations of the Graduate school, after they refer to the Graduate School with authentic or certified copies of the above documents.
Document acceptance period:
Reception of candidates' documents is carried out twice in the school year (summer and winter reception periods).
- Deadline for accepting documents to the magistracy of the Graduate school for the summer reception period of the 2019–2020 school year from July 10 to August 19, 2019;
- Deadline for accepting documents to the magistracy to the Graduate school for the winter receiving period of the 2019-2020 school year from December 9, 2019 to January 8, 2020.
The entrance exams to the Graduate school are carried out by conducting entrance exams in writing and in the form of tests (hereinafter referred to as entrance exams).
The entrance exams for admission to the Master's program of the Graduate School are held in the language of instruction in the Master's program, which should be indicated in the application for admission to the Master's program.
Entrance examinations are conducted separately in the specialties of the magistracy and languages of instruction.
The maximum score for entrance exams is 100 points, which are formed as follows:
- in specialty subjects - from 0 to 75 points;
- in English - from 0 to 25 points.
Period of entrance exams:
Entrance examinations are held twice in the school year (summer and winter admission periods):
- the entrance examinations for the summer admission period 2019-2020 school year will be on 24th of August 2019;
- the period of entrance examinations for the winter admission period of the 2019–2020 school year from January 13 to January 23, 2020.
Repeated passage of candidates for entrance exams is not allowed.
A candidate who has not passed the entrance examinations to the Master’s program at the Graduate School has the right, through the Graduate School, refer to the appeal commission within three working days from the date of the announcement of the of the results of the entrance examinations. The appeal commission within three working days from the date of the announcement of the results of the entrance examinations.
The appeal commission within three working days considers the appeal and informs the candidate in writing about the decision taken on the current day.
