The course is aimed at obtaining knowledge of legal issues at the basic level. The module examines the main provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which are necessary for all categories of managerial personnel, regardless of their departmental affiliation and sphere of activity.

The purpose of the course is to raise awareness on legal issues, study the provisions of the law, create a respectful attitude to the law, build legal awareness and a responsible attitude to the duties performed.

Course Objectives:

• professional development of management personnel in legal matters;
• development of a comprehensive knowledge base, theoretical and practical training in the field of legal issues;
• development of a legal way of thinking in solving certain situational cases (tasks) that arise in the course of work;
• exchange of experience among students of the program.

Programme of the course includes the following topics:

• procedure of state registration and re-registration, types and procedures for reorganization and liquidation;
• history of law, types of international legal families;
• forms and methods of protecting rights and legitimate interests in the Economic Courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, international arbitration.

After completing the course, graduates will know: main provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of financial and economic activity and management; correlate decisions with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; be able to distinguish between normative and legal acts of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in terms of their regulation and legal force; to distinguish between the main organizational and legal forms of ownership, their features, as well as the procedure for state registration, re-registration and liquidation, including through bankruptcy procedures; distinguish between the main types of taxes and fees, have an idea of ​​their elements, as well as reporting forms, protect their rights and legitimate interests in the Economic Courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in the process of enforcement proceedings, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; legally think and qualify the basic norms and provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the training program; own the ability to qualify certain norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and put them into practice. To correlate its actions and decisions with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the skills of compiling the main types of legal documents for various branches of legal regulation.

Final control - testing

At the end of the course, a State-standard certificate is issued.
