"TRAINING PROJECT MANAGERS IN THE AREA OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT"
The training course is intended for project managers, functional managers, specialists of operating organizations.
The aim of the training course is to develop students' theoretical knowledge about the modern methodological basis for organizing project activities and practical skills in applying project standards to regulate project activities within the framework of a project organization.
Course objectives:
- to study the main categories and concepts in the field of organizational design, applied in theory and practice;
- analyze the structure of the project participants and stakeholders, analyze their relationship from the point of view of the organization of project activities;
- analysis of approaches to design, definition of stages, breakdown of work, study of concepts of the project life cycle;
- to study the features of the organization of project activities: the main types of organizational structures, the place and role of the corporate project office in the system of organization of project activities;
- Taking into account the specifics of regulation and standardization of project activities at different levels: internal project documentation, corporate, national and industry standards of project activities;
- study of the main subject and functional areas of the project economics, the main goals and objectives in them;
- to study the classification of modern methods of planning, organization and management in the context of the main functional areas of project activities;
- consider the main business processes of project activities and the specifics of their implementation in various types of projects.
